What the published guidance says

  1. 01

    The digital photo must be a JPEG from 715 × 1000 through 2000 × 2800 pixels and no larger than 4 MB.

  2. 02

    It must be an original, unaltered professional photo taken within the last 12 months.

  3. 03

    Keep the studio name, complete address, date taken and proof from the studio for the back-photo upload.
