Image decoding, face-landmark detection, measurements, cropping and JPEG compression run in your browser. The selected photo is not sent to VisaFrame when you only use these free features.

Optional AI processing

When you deliberately start an AI finish, the source image is uploaded to short-lived private object storage and made available to our processing provider, fal.ai, through a single-use job URL. The result is returned to your browser.

• Source files are removed after the job finishes or fails.
• Result files are removed after download.
• Job files are marked to expire within 60 minutes.
• VisaFrame does not perform facial identity matching.

Payments and technical records

Creem acts as merchant of record for checkout and may process your payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. VisaFrame stores a pseudonymous browser-wallet identifier, order status, credit ledger entries, job status and limited operational logs. We do not receive full card details.

Security and retention

Wallet tokens remain in your browser and are stored as one-way hashes on the service. Webhooks are signature-verified. Operational records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and support, while photos follow the shorter lifecycle above.

Your choices

You can use every preflight tool without creating an account or buying credits. Clearing this site's browser storage removes your local wallet token; contact support@cmmuu.com before clearing it if you need help with a purchase.
