Refund policy
Fair corrections for failed jobs and purchases.
Failed AI jobs return their credit automatically. Payment refund requests are reviewed using the rules below.

Automatic credit returns
If VisaFrame cannot submit or complete an AI job, the consumed credit is returned to the same browser wallet automatically. Retrying a returned job consumes a credit only when the new job starts.
Purchase refunds
Contact support@cmmuu.com within 14 days of purchase with the email used at checkout and the order reference. Unused credits are eligible for review. Credits already used for completed AI jobs are generally non-refundable unless the delivered result was technically defective.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate charges and billing errors will be corrected after order verification. Creem, our merchant of record, may request additional billing information and issues approved refunds to the original payment method.
Processing time
We aim to review requests within five business days. After approval, bank or card-network processing time is outside VisaFrame's control.
