What VisaFrame provides

VisaFrame provides technical photo guidance, browser-based measurements, cropping and optional AI background removal for the Everyday ID preset. It is not a government service, photographer, identity verifier or guarantee of acceptance.

Travel-document safeguards

Travel-document presets are intentionally limited to technical cropping or analysis. You must follow the issuing authority's current instructions and obtain a professional, unaltered photo where required. The authority makes the final decision.

Credits and browser wallet

One AI job consumes one credit when submitted. Failed provider jobs automatically return that credit. Credits are associated with a token stored in the purchasing browser; keep browser storage intact and contact support before changing devices. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless support approves a correction.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you are permitted to process. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, evade identity checks, process unlawful content, overload the system or probe private infrastructure.

Service availability

AI processing depends on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be delayed. We may update rule packs, prices, providers and technical limits. Material purchase terms shown at checkout control that transaction.
